Medium Grain Milled Rice
Medium grain milled rice has had the hull and bran layers removed, the same as we do with long grain rice. The difference is a shorter, fatter grain. Medium grain rice also has a different cereal chemistry than long grain, which causes it to have a softer and sticky texture when cooked.
